Did you know that Knoxville is the birthplace of Mountain Dew?
The Ewing Gallery is featuring a historic overview of this popular soft drink from its initial creation in the 1930s up to its present form today. The exhibit will feature various Mt. Dew memorabilia including bottles, signs, and various promotional items that span this popular soft drink’s success.
The showing will be held June 10th through July 11 with a reception Sunday June 9th from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The Ewing Gallery is located at the University of Tennessee 1715 Volunteer Blvd., in Knoxville. Summer hours are Monday-Friday 10-4 and Sunday 1-4.For more information you can call 865-974-3200.
