Horse Show

The Sevier County 4-H horse Group will host their first fall horse show at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 12, at Bays Mountain Saddle Club. The Saddle Club is located in Seymour on East Union Valley Road. The show is open to any 4-H member 4th – 12th grade. There is no admission for spectators. Concessions will be available, so come and support the 4-H and plan on having a good time! For more information, call Malinda Whillock at 453-8786.

Sevier Co-Op Horse / Sawdust days
this coming Friday

• Sevier Co-op Horse /Sawdust Days are coming this Friday and Saturday, October 11th and 12th. This is the Co-op’s way of showing appreciation for all their customers. There will be free drinks, hotdogs, chili and LOTS of special door prizes. Special prices include customers purchasing a chain saw blade may purchase a second one for only a dollar more. The Sevier County 4-H Horse Group will serve the free food and drinks, and local veterinarian, Dr. Lisa Garren will be on hand to answer questions on livestock health and care. Hours on Friday will be 7:30 am to 5:00 pm , and on Saturday, 7:30 am to 12:00 noon. Everyone be sure to come, have a good time and take advantage of all the special prices. Support your local co-op!
